I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed with the Board of Behavioral in California. I have 10 years of experience working as a social worker and case manager. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.

I have primarily provided therapeutic intervention to clients experiencing changes late in life and coping with these changes. I have also worked extensively with those serving as caregivers for others. I have extensive experience in the realm of Dementia and caregiving, as this has been my main social work practice. My experience also includes working with those making major life decisions.

My therapy style is to listen, inquire, and assist clients to work toward their own conclusions. I also use a systems approach where we will identify and incorporate other factors which may be affecting you and playing a role in how you are feeling. We will also identify and highlight your values as a tool to gain insight into what matters to you. We will establish and revisit what brings you to therapy and what it means to you, so that you can get the most out of our time working together. I look forward to working with you.
