About

I have over 15 years experience in the social work field. During that time I have gained experience working in a variety of settings to include acute in patient mental health, inpatient residential centers and non-profit settings.
I have worked with individuals to navigate grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, PTSD, family impacts of addiction and relationship woes.
My therapy style is informal, culturally sensitive and compassionate. The therapy modalities I use to guide my practice are CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Theory.
