Hi! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me! I am a licensed therapist who has worked with various populations during my career. I have served in numerous roles in community mental health, including as a behavior specialist, mobile therapist, and outpatient therapist, as well as conducting psychological evaluations for children and adolescents under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. I have a wide range of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism, and adjustment to life transitions. I implement techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness in my practice.

I take a collaborative approach to treatment and am committed to using a strengths-based perspective to support my clients in building the skills that will help them achieve their goals. I have a direct, validating, and supportive style in session.
