About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in a variety of settings and with persons of diverse backgrounds. I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, persons with chronic medical conditions, families who have involvement with department of social services, outpatient programs, and inpatient psychiatry. I have worked with clients with various concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, challenges in life, transitions, relationship issues, and career challenges

I believe therapy can help a person navigate through life's challenges. I believe in providing a trusting, nurturing and nonjudgmental environment where people can find and be their best selves. Therapy is a relationship between the clinician and the client. We will work together for better outcomes. I will treat the relationship with respect, sensitivity and empathy. I use a variety of interventions such as solution focused, cognitive behavioral and person centered therapy.
