Hello, I am happy to see you are taking the time to take care of your mental health. I am Candy and have worked within the mental health field for 23 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe with the right support and guidance many can learn new healthy coping skills that will assist in decreasing symptoms we all possess in response to daily stressors and/or experiences. In addition to the above, I have also worked with the co-occurring population for the last 19 years. I have served as a therapist in treatment facilities that serve both detox and residential populations. I have also worked in assisting those who have transitioned from their family of faith and have been able to guide them in learning how to move forward from the shame that is often associated with their transition.
