I have had the honor of working with adults, Veterans, Caregivers, couples, and youth who have had difficulties with life's stressors, dealing with relationships, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and other concerns. I empower motivated individuals from a strengths-based perspective. I enjoy using mindfulness skills as a helpful tool to look at the mind, body, and spirit to help enhance the evidence-based practices I work from.
