As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I can understand that choosing to change your life is the hardest but the most rewarding decision one will ever make. My two personal mantras are “Life is tough, but so are you” and “We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight.” I believe these two mantras describe my counseling style. Life will hit you, and it will hit you hard; however, you and I together can help you develop skills to help you cope with whatever is causing you to seek therapy. Also, being able to trust the journey, you may not be able to see the end but believe that there is one, and I will be walking with you every step of the way. With my skill sets in depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and life/ family stressors, I believe that we can identify any obstacle you have and determine a solution that will start the process of you becoming your best self.
