It's very difficult to be in stressful situations that can cause lots of anxiety and self-doubt. Perhaps you're looking for something more than advice from family and friends. Together, you and I can work to set goals that are appropriate and attainable for you, at your pace. For therapy to be effective for you, I work hard to build genuine and long lasting trust. I have experience working with clients who have suffered from anxiety, depression, marital issues, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and much more. Additionally, I believe that cultural factors are critical to the way we navigate through life. I work hard to address cultural matters, to understand how these may impact our perception of the world. I have an integrative theoretical approach where I am grounded in Person-Centered principles and utilize tenets from Reality Therapy.
