It is difficult to cope with situations, relationships, and our health when things do not go how we had planned. I believe counseling can help with life's challenges to find healthy ways to adapt. I work with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, and bereavement. I enjoy helping clients build coping skills to deal with the stressors and conditions that impact their growth and happiness.
