I use sensitivity in my approach and am open-minded, supportive and non-judgmental. I engage clients where they are and working together to achieve their goals for therapy. I have experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. I have worked with couples, families, and foster parents. I have advanced training in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have Specialized Sexual Abuse Training. I use Solution Focused, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Externalization and Narrative Therapy. I use Motivational Interviewing for assessments and building rapport.
