I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 23 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, complicated grief, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and I will meet you where you are. I will assist you in overcoming difficulties that challenge you, offering you an individualized choice of therapies. My therapy is warm and accepting, with respect and compassion. My approaches include cognitive behavioral, humanistic, rational emotive, solutional, and dialectic. Explanations of therapies are offered with easy to understand descriptions. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling, peaceful and happier life takes courage.
