I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota with 10 years experience working in the field and close to 4 year of experience working as an outpatient Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship/marital issues, parenting problems, childhood trauma, Military Sexual Trauma, PTSD and Bereavement. I specifically work with Veterans dealing with Combat Trauma as well as First Responder with Trauma. I also help families of Veterans and Active Duty.

My counseling style is direct, honest and client centered. I believe in treating everyone I have interaction with respect, empathy and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I will establish with you a treatment plan to meet your specific needs and tailor sessions to what we’ve discussed.
