Hi, I’m Dr. Camille Griffith—I’m so glad you’re here! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 7+ years of clinical experience. I specialize in helping *women* heal, grow, and thrive by combining a holistic therapeutic approach with more traditional modalities as appropriate for various presenting issues. I have experience working with *women* who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, a history of domestic violence/ toxic relationships, ADHD, mood difficulties, chronic stress, perfectionism, being a high-achiever/ sole breadwinner, high-stress career difficulties, people pleasing, and so much more. My approach I use a combination of holistic psychology, embodied healing, CBT, DBT, ACT, positive psychology, and more depending on what the presenting problems are and what the client feels comfortable with. My focus I specialize in helping *women* who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, a history of domestic violence/ toxic relationships, ADHD, mood difficulties, chronic stress, perfectionism, being a high-achiever/ sole breadwinner, high-stress career difficulties, people pleasing, and so much more. My communication style I strive to create a comfortable, warm, caring environment for my clients, while still adhering to a high level of professionalism. My journey to mental healthcare I feel strongly that I am meant to help women heal and feel empowered to live their best possible lives. I absolutely love the work I do, and I feel honored to have the opportunity to help such incredible women discover their inner strength and start fully enjoying their lives. Helping women heal is truly my passion, so it’s easy to feel driven to do this work. My goals for you I typically discuss goals for therapy within the first session or two with the client. Then, we revisit/ revise these goals as necessary throughout the time we work together.
