Hi there! I am so happy that you are reaching out to get some help! I have experience treating depression, anxiety, and grief, and I primarily specialize in helping adults work through their childhood trauma.

I utilize an eclectic approach to tailor the therapeutic experience to the needs of each individual, and have been trained in several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, and CBT.
I regularly take the opportunity to attend specialized trainings to better serve the needs of the people I work with.

I have a passion and desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I love helping people utilize their strengths to make progress toward who they want to be.
