I offer therapy that nourishes both the mind and the body, so that you can live a happier, healthier life. While working with me, I'll be in your corner to help you overcome whatever is getting in your way of feeling your best. I work in partnership with you to help you discover not only what brings you relief, but also what brings you a lasting sense of true wellbeing. I earned my Bachelors from Cornell University and my Masters from Columbia University. I look forward to working with you!
