I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. Everyone feels lost sometimes, but we don't have to go through this journey alone. When we hold all of our pain inside, we deprive ourselves of living our most authentic and happy life. We all feel depressed, anxious, low self-esteem, anger, no motivation, etc. and my passion is to help guide my clients through these obstacles. I help to access the best parts of your yourself and regain control of your life. I care deeply about every single one of my clients and I think a safe and trusting relationship between us is the most important part of therapy.
