I graduated from the University of Wyoming and I have been licensed for 6 years, but I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 10 years. My work is my passion. My commitment to you is to show up fully prepared and keep an open mind as I support you in finding your own path and writing your own story. I have experience in helping clients process traumatic experiences, and navigate family conflicts, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and anger management. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for taking this risk and giving it a try. I treat PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, DMDD, ODD, substance abuse, just to name a few. My communication style I believe I am a good listener and I never rush into giving advice. I would rather help guide you in finding your own answers. There is power in YOU being an active participant in solving your own problems. YOU are the expert in your life. I'm here only to help you make choices when you are stuck, I'm here to listen when you need validation and support and I can be that voice of reason when you doubt yourself.
