Greetings- and thanks again for reaching out to me for emotional support. I am a seasoned (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 plus years' experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with (SMI) serious mental illness as well as individuals in an outpatient setting. My primary theoretical approaches are Person Centered, Cognitive Behaviors Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I pull interventions for each of these modalities as clinically indicated, to meet the need of the individuals I serve.
I graduated from Arkansas State University with a MS in Rehabilitation Counseling, (Mental Health Counseling). Through my studies, experiences and trainings in mental health, I feel confident that I am highly qualified to help you navigate life's journey. I have worked with children ages 4-17, as well as transitional youth aged individuals. I welcome diversity and inclusivity; I am compassionate about helping people succeed in all areas of life.
