About

I earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have served as a therapist since 2015. I am experienced in working with children, teenagers, and adults. My passion for working with children and families led me towards gaining my Child Mental Health Specialist certification. With my clients, I explore many different avenues of their well-being including family history, childhood experiences, self-care practices, health, diet, sleep, faith, etc. I highlight client strengths and utilize these strengths as building blocks to help develop new skills in order to overcome struggles and hardships.
