I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio with 4 years of clinical experience. I have worked as a mental health therapist within addiction treatment contexts and have experience dealing with dual-diagnosis clients (mental health and addiction). In my practice, I have worked with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, grief, and self-harm/suicidality. My primary therapy style is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but I do also implement concepts and skills from CBT, Mindfulness-based meditation practices, and positive psychology. I also have a background in Christian ministry and biblical counseling. I am grateful that you have taken the effort to take care of your mental and emotional wellbeing by seeking therapy services.
