Hello and welcome! I am so glad that you are here. Finding the right person to help you through social, emotional, mental and physical challenges is very important. I want to provide you with some information about me in order to help you decide if my experience and style is the right match for you. I have been a social worker for 7 years and have experience working with individuals from all different socioeconomic, cultural and familial backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. I received my LCSW in October of 2019 and have my PEL endorsement in School Social Work. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and stress, OCD, and adjustment disorders. I also have in depth experience in working with children and adolescents who are on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, those who have learning disabilities, emotional disabilities and language impairments. My approaches to practice include CBT, Solution Focused, Strengths Based, DBT, Brief Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. The feedback I receive most often is my empathic yet straightforward approach. You can expect me to walk with you through whatever difficulties you are facing and help you learn more about yourself and the way you interact with the world.
