I am licensed in Connecticut by way of California with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, identity, self esteem, confidence, & depression among other life challenges. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and I focus on harm reduction and realignment of societal expectations to help clients find their true purpose. I believe in relational and dialogic partnership between therapist and client and am an active partner with my clients in healing and moving towards optimal life satisfaction.
