My ideal client is someone who acknowledges a problem exists, even if they don’t quite know what it is. Then, the source of that issue can be discovered and processed through therapy, leaving the client with effective tools and skills to cope with and manage their emotions. I am here to listen and to challenge a client. Change does not come easy to most adults, but we can find solutions to handle emotions and problems that may arise through CBT. We all have baggage, whatever it may be; the emotions we experience throughout our lives connect us on a deeper level.
