Do you or your child every feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or have low self-esteem? Does it affect the relationships around you? I help children, adolescence and families work on strengthening relationships, emotion and behavior management as well as social/coping skills. We will work together through this journey of overcoming barriers and empowering yourself on making positive changes. We will use a humanistic approach to therapy that focuses on you as a person and how we can maximize your potential. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy within my work. Together we can build a good therapeutic relationship, identify barriers, and learn new skills/develop a treatment journey that works best for you.
