About

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Iowa and Massachusetts with nearly 10 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, transitional and phase of life issues, career challenges, self esteem related cocerns and eating disorders.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and authentic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, meeting people where they are at in their journey towards healing and towards a more peaceful and authentic life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. That said, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that is specific to your needs, as I believe that you are the expert on your own life.
