I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering psychotherapy and counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in the state of Virginia. My areas of expertise include trauma, grief, parenting, chronic illness, military life, childhood disorders, and attachment. What is your approach to therapy? In session, I incorporate a variety of counseling techniques with a person-centered approach to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings. I support my clients by demonstrating empathy, respect, and professionalism. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? As I develop a therapeutic relationship with each client, I tailor therapy sessions based on each client’s wants, needs, and past experiences. Cultivating a space for growth and openness, allows my clients to become the most authentic version of themselves and gain lifelong insights.
