Hi! I'm Caitlin (she/her) and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TN. I have been practicing since 2012 and am excited to be offering easily accessible care through Find A Therapist! The majority of my experience has been in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem, and interpersonal effectiveness in relationships. I am oriented in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that therapy is not only a safe space to share and unload, but also a place for learning and skill building. I believe that when people have information, knowledge, and support, they can truly transform their lives.
My approach to treatment is nonjudgmental, inviting, and collaborative. I want to create a space where you can be validated and challenged. I will always respect wherever you may be on your journey while empowering you to keep going.
Please note that I prefer to do video sessions as it offers greater connection. Also be advised that I am not a trauma or sex therapist.
