Hi there! I'm Caitlin. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I earned an M.A. in Counseling from Midwestern State University and have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges, as well as supporting individuals and families healing from trauma/abuse situations. My therapy style is conversational, supportive and inviting. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. Instead, I believe it is vital to meet individuals exactly in the midst of their struggle to find a solution or better way of coping. I enter each counseling session with openness, using a number of theoretical and practical approaches. Our time together will provide you with an emotionally safe environment to give voice to your pain so that you can find the healing you are seeking.
