I firmly believe that struggles with mental health are directly related to the unjust systems we are forced to abide by. I help clients tell their story in their own time in their own way. I work with clients in dismantling inaccurate belief systems. My role as a therapist is to foster healing and trust. I aim to honor my clients' truth and stories.
