My professional focus and experience covers two main areas: health psychology and organizational psychology.

As a health psychologist, I work with people that need support in moving toward health-related goals, whatever they might be! Within the field of health psychology, I have experience and expertise in treating: insomnia, maladaptive eating behaviors (overeating/improving food choices/weight management), smoking cessation, and general health behavior change (e.g. increasing physical activity). To help you to reach your goals in these or other areas, we would work together to decide on a treatment approach that we felt would best meet your needs and might include cognitive behavioral therapy, habit reversal training, or hypnotherapy (certified by the New England Society for Clinical Hypnosis), among others.

As an organizational psychologist, I specialize in helping people make major career decisions, develop leadership skills, navigate difficult workplace situations (typically interpersonal), or to determine their best professional next steps or path forward.
