Hi! I am an individual and family therapist licensed in Kentucky with about 7 years of experience working as an outpatient therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, ADHD, Bi-Polar, and family and/or parenting issues.

My counseling style is casual and friendly. It is important to me to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I enjoy empowering others. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused when needed. You are your best expert and wealth of knowledge so I will use your input and needs to complete the treatment plan with you.
