My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel that you can be open and honest with me, whatever your concern may be. Maybe you are seeking clarity in some aspects of your life, or wanting to work through difficult emotions. No matter what your reason for seeking therapy is, I strive to empower you to gain a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviors in life. I work from a person-centered approach, to meet the needs of each individual. I am a clinical social worker with training in EMDR. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. I am genuinely interested in hearing your story.
