I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), and I have had the opportunity to work in many different counseling settings. I have experience with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles and life changes. My approach to counseling is client centered, we go where you want to go during the sessions. Reaching out and asking for help takes a lot of courage, so I want you to feel at ease and comfortable during our time together. I am here to support you and empower you and I want you to feel heard and supported.
