About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over a decade of psychotherapy experience in a variety of setting. Regardless of the client or setting, I aim to create a warm, nurturing environment to collaborate with my client to explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, body image, relationship issues, trauma, substance use, and emotional overwhelm and to unlock the solutions to these challenges. I utilize a strengths-based approach which incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
