My approach is integrative, tailoring therapy to meet collaboratively-defined goals and needs. I place a strong emphasis on learning mindfulness, encouraging self-empowerment and developing accurate non-threatening communication in our relationships.

I received my MS in Psychology in 2010 and have been working as both an individual and group therapist ever since. I received post graduate training in CBT, DBT and Mindfulness, as well as advanced certification in short term psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and doctoral training in analytical psychology. I work in both CA and the Midwest where I currently live
