First and foremost, I applaud your courage in seeking mental health counseling. In this season of your life, you might’ve discovered a lot of uncomfortable feelings and thoughts. That is very difficult to manage alone. But whatever the reason is that brought you here, you are on the next step in becoming well and whole. Though I’ve worked with a variety of populations and settings, my primary work includes men’s health/issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and life coaching.
