My name is Bryan and been a practicing therapist in Maine for the last three years and have been in the field for the last 13. As a therapist I serve a variety of diverse clients, across a multitude of settings which has included children and families, co-occurrence and trauma. My experience with client concerns include depression, anxiety interpersonal and familial relationship issues, ADHD, DMDD with experience in treating personality disorders. This further includes treating clients who have experienced trauma, abuse, grief and loss and significant life disruptions that can add unique dimensions to treatment.

As a therapist I’m inspired with the stories my clients share and, more importantly, how they can derive meaning from those stories in enacting change in present circumstances. I am an eclectic practitioner and believe that our past can constructively shape our potential for growth in almost any situation. I practice using a person centered, strengths-based approach to sessions, drawing from Solution Focused, Cognitive behavioral and Narrative Therapy techniques through a trauma informed lens that are tailored to the specific needs of the people I serve.
