I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of experience in the mental health field. I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate space where we will establish an active, ongoing relationship. Therapy takes both a commitment and investment of your time, energy and resources with the ultimate objective being to stop suffering, ease your inner dialogue and rediscover your meaning to life. My goal is to integrate various evidence-based therapeutic practices in my approach, tailored to your individual needs to find balance and empowerment.

Through therapy we can work on replacing reactivity with understanding and self-doubt with self-compassion. We will work together to create strategies to manage stressors, enhance your strengths, and make constructive choices.

Creating time and space for yourself through a strong therapeutic relationship can help you gain a greater sense of your self, your relationships and your values. The ultimate goal if for you to leave therapy with a renewed sense of self. You will learn to work  with your emotions, identify and advocate for your needs, set healthy boundaries with yourself and others, and ultimately determine what a meaningful life is to you.
