I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with over 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity concerns, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. My primary focus is young adults ages 18-25 and also have experience working with teenagers ages 13-18.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I utilize a New Age Holistic approach and believe a person best experiences change when in contact with their physical, emotional, and spiritual self. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and will tailor care to my clients specific requests and needs.
