Brooke Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Development Plan Approved Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, has been working within the social work field since her graduation as a Master's level Social Worker from MSU. Her experience has ranged from hospital settings, on-call rotations, in-home counseling, and outpatient services. She believes in "meeting the person where they are at" in their lives to ensure therapy is specific to what is needed. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on balancing work life, home life, relationships, and so on. Brooke's practice approach includes CBT trauma-based interventions. This includes trauma-informed applications, meditative/ mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing to best develop a plan of treatment. She always works to provide a safe, understanding, and fun environment for personal growth. Her therapeutic interests include addiction recovery, trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, and personal development. Brooke offers both in-person sessions as well as phone calls
