Hi,

My name is Brooke Gasperini, and I live in Southern Virginia. I am a married mother of four biological children and four bonus children and grandmother to four precious boys. When I'm not working, I enjoy watching my children and grandchildren do what they love, travel, read and spend time with my friends and pups.

Therapy is a place where you can feel heard in a supportive, comfortable and warm space. When life is overwhelming and stressful, or relationships are struggling, counseling can help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will work alongside you to help you make sense of what you are feeling and help you move to a more peaceful place. Together, we will make a plan of action to get you back to where you want to be as quickly as possible.

Due to my very diverse background and having gone through many of life's ups and downs myself, I have learned how to treat a multitude of life's issues. This helps to come up with effective plans to alleviate problems by understanding where you are coming from.

My approach to counseling is interactive, down-to-earth and collaborative. I strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you feel free to openly to talk about what's most important to you. Together, we can work to give you the tools you need to create the life you want.

I have BA degree in Sociology and Special Education from Mary Baldwin University and a MA degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I have vast experience with working with the at-risk population, children and families.
