I focus on collaborating with adolescents and adults working to cope with the anxiety and stress that come with neurodivergence, family/life transitions, trauma, and shame. I center acceptance of the whole self in my practice through evidence-based practices like ACT and DBT. Understanding what makes you tick and finding motivation within yourself can put you on the path to living on your own terms, instead of feeling like you're playing catch-up.
