About

I have been a practicing social worker for 12+ years. My primary focus has been with individuals coping with end of life, loss, and grief. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals coping with chronic disease such as cancer. In addition, I have provided clinical support to those dealing with a wide range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, and life changes.
My counseling approach is based on truly meeting you where you are at. With compassion and understanding, we will work together on building your coping skills and processing the stress in your life. I typically combine solution based therapy and mindfulness, but will always tailor our discussion to best meet your needs.
