Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Wisconsin with 17 years of professional work experience. I provide therapy to adults 18 and older, and treat a wide range of issues and concerns, including (but not limited to) Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Gender Identity and Sexual Identity, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, and more. I use many different therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of the clients I support. The include, but are not limited to: cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, mindfulness, and strength based therapy interventions. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of my clients and their experiences. I have been working with children and their families since 2006, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to helping my clients feel safe, accepted, and supported. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
