We are faced with many challenges in our life, regardless of the stage of life we are currently in. Sometimes we may need some additional support getting over an obstacle or to the next part of our journey. During those hard times, adding a counselor to our supports can be beneficial and the extra help we need.

I am Licensed Professional Counseling in Missouri and Illinois, with 9 years of experience. I have worked with individuals ages 3 to adult, along with families in a variety of settings. I am experienced in working with individuals and families that are working through a variety of presenting concerns, including family conflicts, parenting issues, self-esteem, motivation and confidence, along with careen conflicts and anxiety.

My approach to therapy is to collaborate with you, letting you lead the way in the important areas of focus, and together we can come up with your therapeutic goals. My professional goal is to help you feel comfortable from the beginning, plus feel empowered and validated during the entire counseling process. We all have difficulties with different issues, and you have taken a big step in reaching out.
