Perhaps you're in a place in your life of just wanting to speak with someone who will listen without judgement. That's where I come in. My clinical vision is to ensure that those who walk into my office (virtually included) have a safe space to express themselves and share their personal stories of highs and lows. I personally believe in order to make change in your life, you have to learn yourself. Once you have accepted who you are and how you process your own emotions and feelings, you then begin to have a different perspective not only in life, but in your personal situations. Change comes with discomfort and healing isn't a sprint, it's a journey. In whatever way you come, my mission is help you find your balance in life with a little bit of grace. Whether that is in your career, family, relationships, etc. You deserve some time to explore yourself, your needs, your desires, and your dreams.
