My name is Brooke Crosley. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State(s) of Missouri, Texas and South Dakota. I have over 15 years of experience serving the needs of individuals, families, and children who are from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

My experience includes, but not limited to assisting individuals with managing workplace stress, ADHD related behaviors, sexual abuse, relationship issues, depression, body dysmorphia and substance use/abuse. I have worked in various human service capabilities such as a Juvenile lockdown facility, Special Therapeutic Group Home, and I worked 7 years in behavioral healthcare management; whereas, I played a key role in determining all levels of mental health, substance abuse, and eating disorder care that would best support individuals of all ages.

I am experienced in many counseling techniques and have a therapeutic style that is, open-minded, compassionate, and I recognize the importance that each person has their own individual needs. My therapeutic approach focuses on encouraging and assisting individuals to develop perseverance, become more flexible, and increase their self-worth through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Client-Based Therapy.
