Counseling is a deeply personal process of honesty, commitment, and healing for each individual who engages. I provide support for my clients as they deal with various personal and mental health concerns by providing a safe environment where they can organize their thoughts, understand their feelings, as well as determine their goals. Using a collaborative approach, my clients and I explore how to reach those goals and monitor progress together. Personal growth and behavioral change can be difficult or painful at times, however, therapy can assist in successful adjustment, gaining clarity of self, fewer feelings of distress, and more empathy for yourself and others. I would feel honored to hear your story and walk with you along the process of recovery and healing. I am a TLLP (Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist) and graduate from Wayne State University with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. My program focused on Marriage and Family Therapy, although I provide therapy to clients age 12 and up. I work with clients in many settings including individuals, couples, and families. I provide both online telehealth and in-person mental health services.
