I am licensed in Arizona and Wisconsin with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I use an eclectic approach to therapy to fit your needs rather than try and fit you into a given type of therapy. I am not the kind of therapist who will hand you packets in order to teach you skills (unless you really want them). Instead, I will help you identify coping skills you are already likely to use. I offer a kind, caring, and non-judgmental environment to help you meet your goals.
