Peace, healing, growth, and wholeness are integral parts of what we all strive for in creating and fostering our best selves; regardless of age, race, and background. Sometimes finding and developing these facets of ourselves requires assistance and support. The journey of self-discovery is not always meant to be done alone. Everyone deserves unconditional positive regard! Whether you are a child who is struggling to make friends, a teen who is figuring "it" out, or an adult who is on a journey of self-discovery or healing from past hurts, or anything in between, you are welcome, appreciated and accepted! I believe that my clients are the experts at their own lives, but often traumas, negative thinking, and/or life circumstances blur their ability to access answers as well as impede coping and processing abilities. I work collaboratively with clients to remove blockages that hinder them from healing and moving into the best version of themselves.
